1. About PaisePe

• PaisePe is a financial product comparison and distribution platform. We help users compare loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products from multiple lenders and providers.
• PaisePe is NOT a bank, NBFC, or lender. We do not provide loans or credit directly. We act as a marketplace connecting users with regulated financial institutions.
• We are registered as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) and Web Aggregator with applicable regulatory bodies.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use PaisePe.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indian law.
• By using PaisePe, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Account

• You may register using your mobile number (OTP verification) or Google account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• PaisePe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Services Provided

• Loan comparison and eligibility check (Personal, Home, Business, Education Loans)
• Credit card comparison and application assistance
• Insurance plan comparison (Life, Health, Car, Bike)
• Free CIBIL / credit score check (soft inquiry — no credit impact)
• Financial calculators (EMI, SIP, FD, RD, PPF, CAGR)
• Credit score improvement guidance and tips
• All services are provided on a best-effort basis and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5. No Guarantee of Approval

• Displaying loan offers, eligibility results, or credit card matches does NOT guarantee approval.
• Final approval decisions are made solely by the respective lender or financial institution.
• Interest rates, processing fees, and loan terms shown are indicative and subject to change by lenders.
• PaisePe is not responsible for rejection of applications by any lender or insurer.

6. User Obligations

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in all forms and applications.
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform.
• Not submit false or fraudulent applications through our platform.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

7. Fees and Charges

• PaisePe does not charge users for comparing financial products or checking eligibility.
• We earn referral commissions from lenders and insurers when users successfully avail their products.
• This commission does not affect the rates or terms offered to you.
• Specific service fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before you proceed.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on PaisePe — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of PaisePe or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
• You may share our content for personal, non-commercial use with proper attribution.

9. Limitation of Liability

• PaisePe provides information and comparison services "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for: decisions made based on our comparison results, actions or inactions of lenders or insurers, financial losses arising from using our platform, technical issues, downtime, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed ₹5,000 or the amount paid by you to PaisePe in the preceding 3 months, whichever is lower.

10. Third-Party Services

• Our platform integrates with third-party services (credit bureaus, lenders, insurers, payment gateways).
• These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review.
• PaisePe is not responsible for the actions, terms, or privacy practices of third-party services.

11. Grievance Redressal

• If you have a complaint or grievance, please contact our Grievance Officer at: legal@paisepe.com
• We will acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 30 days.
• If unresolved, you may escalate to the relevant regulatory authority (RBI, IRDAI, SEBI).

12. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Significant changes will be notified via email or website notice.
• Continued use of PaisePe after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days.
• Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
• The Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 may apply for arbitration proceedings.

Note: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PaisePe regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
